摘要: 为加强培养现今大学生的个人学习、生活等多方面能力,提高学生整体素质水平,在班级、宿舍内形成积极、健康、向上的学习生活氛围,并让班级管理更明确化、规范化、科学化,在此通过人力资源管理学中的相关理论知识,对大学生班级管理工作进行对比分析,研究比较,得出在班级管理中可以通过人力资源管理中的职能架构传统模式、基本程序等内容进行精要提取,与大学生的身心发展规律进行结合,明显提高了大学生的自我认识意识和班级管理效率。

Abstract: In order to strengthen the cultivation of college students' individual learning, life and other abilities, improve the overall quality level of students, form a positive, healthy and upward learning and living atmosphere in the class and dormitory, and make class management more clear, standardized and scientific, through the relevant theoretical knowledge in human resource management, the class management of college students is carried out Compared with the analysis, research and comparison, it is concluded that in the class management, the traditional mode and basic procedures of the functional framework in the human resource management can be extracted and combined with the law of physical and mental development of college students, which significantly improves the self-awareness and class management efficiency of college students.
