产教融合背景下应用型本科院校“双师型”教师教学能力发展研究

摘要: 随着国家高等教育普及化发展,应用型本科院校作为应用型人才培养的中坚力量,需要重视“双师型”教师队伍的建设。该文基于产教融合背景,探讨了产教融合与“双师型”教师队伍建设之间的关系,分析了“双师型”教师的评价机制,从“双师型”教师的认定、实践能力培养和评价机制三个方面探讨了高校应用型教师教学能力培养的具体措施,为民办高校应用型教师队伍建设提供建议。

Abstract: With the development of the higher education popularization in our country,application-oriented Universities need to pay more attention to the construction of“double-qualified”teachers, because they are the backbone of the transformation of talent training. Based on the background of production-education integration,this paper explored the relationship between the production-education integration and the construction of“double-qualified”teachers, analyzed the evaluation mechanism of“double-qualified”teachers and discussed the specific measures for teachers'ability development of the applied teachers in application-oriented universities from three aspects: the identification of the“double-qualified”teachers, the cultivation of their practical ability and the evaluation mechanism. Finally, this study has provided the corresponding countermeasures for the construction of the“double-qualified”teachers in private application-oriented universities.
