摘要: 针对应用型本科高校校企合作面临的问题,该文从人才培养目标、人才培养方法、指导团队、校企合作共赢方式等方面,对校企合作教学模式进行了重新构建与实施。长沙学院环境工程专业与长沙知名环保企业之间的校企合作不断实践与优化,形成了以培养学生具备解决复杂工程问题能力为目标,以校企合作教学内容模块化为依托,以校企双方共建、共导、共享为基石,以人员互补、互融、互利为支撑的校企合作教学新模式。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems faced by school-enterprise cooperation in application-oriented undergraduate universities, the teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation was rebuilt and implemented on the basis of the perspectives of talent cultivation Objectives, talent cultivation methods, guidance teams, and win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises. Through continuous practice and optimization of the school-enterprise cooperation between the environmental engineering major of Changsha University and well-known environmental protection enterprises in Changsha, a new model of school-enterprise cooperative teaching has been formed with the goal of cultivating students ability to solve complex engineering problems, relying on the modularization of school-enterprise cooperative teaching content, taking the co construction, co guidance, and sharing of both schools and enterprises as the cornerstone, and taking the complementarity, mutual integration, and mutual benefit of personnel as the support.
