摘要: 制药工程是一门综合性、实践性很强的学科,涉及药学、化学工程、管理学等多个领域,科技创新的快速发展对制药工程人才培养提出了新要求。该文介绍了我国制药工程的发展概况,展望了制药工程未来发展趋势和对人才的要求,提出了包括调整人才培养目标、优化课程体系、改革教学模式、加强师资队伍、完善考核方式等方面内容的制药工程人才培养改革设想。

Abstract: Pharmaceutical engineering is a comprehensive and highly practical discipline that involves multiple fields such as pharmacy, chemical engineering, and management. The rapid development of scientific and technological innovation puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talents. This paper introduces the general situation of the development of Pharmaceutical Engineering in China, looks forward to the future development trend of pharmaceutical engineering and the requirements for talents, and puts forward some reform ideas on the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talents, such as adjusting the talent training Objectives, optimizing the curriculum system, reforming the teaching mode, strengthening the teaching staff and perfecting the examination methods.
