摘要: 该文基于地方应用型本科高校专业人才培养现状,围绕办学定位,紧密对接山西能源革命和区域经济社会发展需要,结合《教育部关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》,以遥感科学与技术专业为例,按照OBE工程认证理念,以学生为中心,以目标为导向,反向设计课程,融入创新创业学分,构建符合学生发展需要、适应国家经济社会发展需求的创新型人才培养方案;将实践能力培养和创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程,构建以“学”为中心的课程教学体系、基于学习成果导向(OBE)的教学评价体系,并完善从专业认知、课程实验实训到综合设计、专业实践的多层次、递进式实践课程体系等,突出应用型人才培养。

Abstract: Based on the current situation of professional talent cultivation in local application-oriented undergraduate universities, focusing on the positioning of education, closely aligning with the needs of Shanxi's energy revolution and regional economic and social development, combined with the“opinions of the ministry of education on deepening undergraduate education and teaching reform to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation”, this article takes the remote sensing science and technology major as an example, follows the OBE engineering certification concept, student-centered, goal-oriented to design courses, which integrate innovation and entrepreneurship credits. Totality we build innovative talent training programs that meet the development needs of students and meet the needs of national economic and social development. In talent training programs, we integrate practical ability cultivation, innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of talent cultivation, build a“learning centered”curriculum teaching system and a learning outcome oriented (OBE) teaching evaluation system, improve a multi-level and progressive practical curriculum system from professional cognition, course experimental training to comprehensive design professional practice etc, to entirety the talent training programs highlight the cultivation of applied talents.
