摘要: 师资队伍是高校创新创业教育发展的重要引擎。目前,由于客观因素的限制,导致高校“双创”教育师资队伍存在一定问题,在很大程度上制约了高校创新创业教育的高质量发展。该文重点阐述了高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设面临的困难,并从师资数量、师资队伍结构等方面提出了相应的优化策略,旨在进一步提高高校创新创业教育师资队伍水平,为高校创新创业教育的发展提供保障,为社会培养更多创新创业型人才。

Abstract: Teaching staff is an important engine for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. At present, due to various objective factors, there are some problems in the teaching staff of innovation and entre preneurship education in colleges and universities, which to a great extent restricts the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. In this research, this paper focuses on the difficulties faced by the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial education teachers in colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from the aspects of the number and structure of teachers, aiming at further improving the level of innovative and entrepreneurial education teachers in colleges and universities, providing an guarantee for the development of innovative and entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities, and cultivating more innovative and entrepreneurial talents to the society.
