“双一流”背景下材料科学与工程专业高质量研究生的培养路径探讨

摘要: 材料科学与工程学科作为我国发展最快、成果显著的学科之一,是我国“双一流”重点建设学科。材料科学与工程学科的一流人才培养更是促进学科发展、推动教育改革、建设科技强国的重要举措。研究生作为高校科研工作的直接参与者和实施者,其培养质量对科研项目有着直接影响。高校需进一步改革现有的研究生培养模式,提高研究生培养质量,助力人才强国战略。该文通过分析我国现阶段研究生培养现状,探索在新形势下改革现有的研究生培养方法,着力培养材料科学与工程专业高水平研究生。

Abstract: As one of the fastest developing and most fruitful disciplines in our country, the discipline of materials science and engineering is“double first-class”key construction disciplines. The cultivation of first-class personnel in material science and engineering is an important measure to promote the development of the subject, promote the reform of education and build the power of science and technology. As direct participants and implementers of scientific research work in universities, the quality of graduate education has a direct impact on research projects. universities need to further reform the existing graduate training mode, improve the quality of graduate training, to help the strategy of strengthening talent. Through the analysis of the current situation of graduate training in our country, this paper explores the reform of the existing graduate training methods under the new situation, and focuses on the training of high-quality graduate students in materials science and engineering.
