Construction and Implementation Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practical Ability Training under the Background of New Engineering Construction

摘要: 新工科背景下的创新创业教育不仅需要完善课程体系及实践实训体系,还需要协调好课堂教学与社会实践的衔接关系,运用产教融合、科教融合、“思创融合”方式,建立全过程、全周期的创新创业融合课程体系。创新创业实践能力的培养是“基于创新的创业”的基础与核心任务,该文基于哈尔滨工程大学智能科学与工程学院自动化类学生的培养目标,开展新工科建设背景下自动化类大学生创新创业教育改革与实践的探索,构建了机制保障、课内外一体、产教融合、科教融合、“专创融合”、“思创融合”的创新创业实践能力培养方案和实施路径。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education in the context of the new engineering discipline not only needs to improve the curriculum system and practical training system, but also needs to coordinate the connection between classroom teaching and social practice, using various means such as industry-education integration, science and education integration, ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education integration, it is necessary to establish a full process and cycle innovation and entrepreneurship integration curriculum system. The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship practical ability is the foundation and core task to “innovation based entrepreneurship” . Based on the training objectives of automation students in the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering of Harbin Engineering University, we have explored the reform and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education for automation students in the context of the construction of new engineering courses, and constructed a training plan and implementation path for innovation and entrepreneurship practical ability that integrates mechanism guarantee, integration of internal and external classes, integration of production and education, integration of science and education, integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, integration of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education.
