Abstract: The continuous development of technology has driven the vigorous development of China's film industry. Under this background, colleges and universities should pay more attention to the integrated teaching of technology and art for the cultivation of film talents, change the traditional teaching form focusing on theory, pay attention to the practicality and innovation of film talent cultivation, and actively explore a talent cultivation path that is suitable for the current situation of China's film and television development and meets the needs of industry development. By analyzing the basic connotation and current situation of the film and television industry, combining with the basic mode of the cultivation of complex film talents, this paper explores the basic content of “technology + art” cultivation in interdisciplinary teaching in comprehensive universities, and puts forward targeted reform strategies for film talents cultivation, so as to better carry out the cultivation of complex film talents.
