摘要/Abstract

摘要： 大学生社团作为高校育人的重要载体之一,为增长学生知识、引导学生就业提供了平台和桥梁。该文对344名被调查者进行了多维度数据的收集,结合与社团核心成员的访谈交流,分析梳理不同社团、不同群体的多方面指标。结果表明：高校学生社团在提高大学生学业成绩、促进大学生成才就业等方面发挥着重要作用,已成为凝聚学生、培育学生的重要载体和平台。

Abstract: ：As one of the important carriers of college education, college students'associations provide a platform and bridge for increasing students'knowledge and guiding students'employment. This paper collected multidimensional data from 344 respondents and analyzed and sorted out various indicators of different associations and groups based on interviews with core members of associations. The results show that: college student associations play an important role in improving college students'academic performance, promoting college students to become talented and employment, becoming an important carrier and platform to effectively gather students and cultivate students.
