摘要: 该文以民航工程类专业大学生为对象,建构了以创新能力培养为中心的人才培育体系。该体系以课程改革的思路为基础,坚持OBE理念及“金课”开发标准,将创新实验室、创新实践社团作为人才培育的主要平台,通过大学生学科竞赛对学校创新人才培育能力及学生创新素质进行初步检验,进一步发展校企协同育人模式,同时,学校还为学生开拓了融合型发展渠道,最终形成了良性闭环的人才培育体系,为新时代民航事业发展培养创新型技术人才。

Abstract: This article focuses on college students majoring in civil aviation engineering and constructs a talent cultivation system centered on cultivating innovative abilities. This system is based on the idea of curriculum reform, adheres to the OBE concept and “Golden Course” development standards, and uses innovation laboratories and innovation practice clubs as the main platforms for talent cultivation. Through university student subject competitions, the school's ability to cultivate innovative talents and students'innovative qualities are preliminarily tested, and the school enterprise collaborative education model is further developed. At the same time, the school has also opened up integrated development channels for students, finally, a benign closed-loop talent cultivation system was formed to cultivate innovative technical talents for the development of the civil aviation industry in the new era.
