摘要: OBE (Outcome-Based Education)是一种全新的教育理念,它将学习者的需求放在首位,旨在帮助他们获得最佳的学习成果,并且通过有效的教学方法、活动和设计来达到这一目标。OBE已成为全球最先进的教学模式之一,并且在高等教育改革中被广泛应用。该文基于OBE教育理念对管理学课程改革进行探索,从课程教学目标、教学设计及评价方式三方面对管理学课程教学进行重构,能够以学生为中心,提升教学效果。

Abstract: OBE is a brand new education concept that prioritizes learners'needs and aims to help them achieve the best learning outcomes through effective teaching methods, activities, and designs. OBE has become one of the most advanced teaching modes in the world and has been widely applied in higher education reform. This article explores the reform of the management course based on the OBE education concept, and reconstructs the teaching of the management course from three aspects: course teaching objectives, teaching design, and evaluation methods. It focuses on students and improves teaching effectiveness.
