大数据技术在营养与食品卫生学课堂教学中的应用探索

摘要: 营养与食品卫生学是公共营养卫生学的主干,其学科建设可以建立在人群大数据的基础上,但现阶段我国的营养学相关课程内容主要为食物营养成分及人群营养需求量的理论知识,缺乏大数据观及大数据技术的关联教学。该文在研究大数据营养库及慢性疾病信息库的基础上,通过剖析营养学课程教学现状,架构大数据助力营养学课程教学流程,建立基于专业学生群体的营养学数据库,引导学生构建营养大数据理念,经课堂实践,发现其具有一定的实用价值和前瞻性。

Abstract: Nutrition and food hygiene is the backbone of public nutrition and hygiene, and its discipline construction can be based on population big data. However, at this stage, the content of nutrition related courses in China mainly focuses on theoretical knowledge of food nutrition components and population nutritional requirements, lacking the related teaching of big data concepts and big data technology. Based on the research of big data nutrition database and chronic disease information database, this article analyzes the current situation of nutrition course teaching, constructs a big data assisted nutrition course teaching process, establishes a nutrition database based on professional student groups, and guides students to construct nutrition big data concepts. Through classroom practice, it has certain practical value and foresight.
