摘要: 翻转教学在融入课堂教学的过程中存在三大困局,即知识传授方式变革之困、自主吸收知识内化之困、掌控时间合理利用之困,这就要求教师在教学中不断优化课前引导、积极开展有效教学、强化课后巩固,以达到提高教学针对性与实效性的目的。

关键词: 翻转教学, 困局, 策略, 学习效率

Abstract: The flipped classroom model is a new teaching mode, the essence of which lies in the flipped teaching of teachers' knowledge and students' knowledge internalization. It can enhance the teaching effect by exerting students' subjective initiative. There are three dilemmas in the process of integrating flipped classroom model into classroom teaching, the difficulty of changing the way of knowledge imparting, internalizing the independent absorption of knowledge, and controlling the reasonable use of time. It requires teachers to continuously optimize the guidance before class, actively carry out effective teaching and strengthen the consolidation after class, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching.
