摘要: 通过调研分析当前地理科学类本科生科技创新活动,发现其存在教师对研究领域认识不足、专业训练场地不足、缺乏针对性训练等问题。以问题为导向,该文提出以科研团队及其依托的科研平台为核心的培养模式,如架构师生沟通平台、保障科研训练场地、加强项目建设和实践开展等措施,通过学校行政组织,充分利用现有的实验室资源和科研团队的创新能力,使学生在科技创新及相关大赛中取得成果。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the main problems of the current scientific and technological innovation activities of local undergraduate students, lack of understanding of the research field of teachers, lack of professional training ground, lack of targeted training and so on. We are problem oriented and put forward the research team and its research of the research platform as the core of the training model, such as enhancing teacher-student communication, strengthen the practice environment guarantee, strengthen project construction and practice, through administrative organization, fully utilize existing laboratory resources and the innovative capabilities of research teams to enable students to receive rewards in technological innovation and related competitions.
