摘要: 基于金融科技背景,该文指出目前金融工程专业人才培养存在的问题,根据金融工程专业人才培养目标,构建知识维度(通识教育、金融理论、金融技术、金融工程综合)、能力维度(量化分析能力、实训操作能力、实践应用能力、创新创业能力)、素质维度(政治素质、外语素质、职业素质、综合素质)“三维四段”人才培养模式,并提出具体培养措施。

Abstract: Based on the background of financial technology, this paper points out the existing problems in the training of financial engineering professionals. According to the training objectives of financial engineering professionals, a“three-dimensional four-stage”talent training model is constructed in terms of knowledge dimension (general education, financial theory, financial technology, comprehensive financial engineering), ability dimension (quantitative analysis ability, practical training operation ability, practical application ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability), and quality dimension (political quality, foreign language quality, professional quality, comprehensive quality). Put forward the financial engineering major“three- dimensional four-stage”talent training mode specific measures.
