“四位一体”混合式教学模式探索与实践研究——以大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程为例

摘要: 混合式教学是当前教育教学改革的热点和方向。以重庆理工大学通识必修课大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导为例,以新文科理念为指导,该文构建了多维度教学空间、进阶式成长体系、沉浸式任务体验、动态式成果评估“四位一体”的混合式教学模式,并对其实践效果进行了实证分析。实践证明:这种教学模式能够显著提高学生的专业认同度,使学生明确就业意向,主动参与社会实践,形成合理的就业期待,为通识课程教学的创新设计提供参考。

Abstract: Blended Learning is the focus and direction of current education and teaching reform. Taking the compulsory course career planning and employment guidance for college students of Chongqing University of Technology as an example, and guided by the new liberal arts concept, this article constructs a hybrid teaching model of multi-dimensional teaching space, progressive growth system, immersive task experience, and dynamic achievement evaluation“four in one”, and makes an empirical analysis of its practical effect. Practice has proved that this kind of teaching model can significantly improve students'professional identity, make students clear their employment intention, actively participate in social practice, and form reasonable employment expectations. It provides reference for teaching innovation design of general education.
