摘要/Abstract

摘要： 创新是发展的第一驱动力,是社会进步的灵魂,高校作为创新型人才培养的主阵地,要树立“创新引领创业,创业带动就业”的理念,加强组织领导,创新人才培养教学改革,构建双师双能型教师队伍形成创新创业教育的导师团队,完善服务保障体系,加强创新创业教育研究,改革和创新人才培养机制,有效提升学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力。

关键词: 创新创业, 人才培养, 改革与实践

Abstract: Innovation is the first driving force of development and the soul of society progress. Colleges and universities are the main position for cultivating innovative talents, should set up the concept that innovation leads entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship promotes employment, strengthen the organization and leadership, cultivate "Teacher+Engineer" type teachers and the tutor team of innovation and entrepreneurship, construct service and financial security system, enhance the research of innovation and entrepreneurship education, so as to reform and innovate the personnel training mechanism, make it effective to promote students’ innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and ability.
