摘要: 生物学实验教学是培养应用型人才的重要途径,但传统细胞生物学实验缺乏对学生自主学习能力、思维力和创造力的培养。该文基于BOPPPS教学模式,针对不同类型细胞生物学实验项目设计适合的教学方式,精准定位课程目标,充分利用线上资源,扩展实验时间和空间,紧密结合科研成果,创新教学内容,细化核心能力提升途径,实施过程性考核和多元化考核相结合的考核方式。经过多年的实践探索,现已形成了一套适合地方高校的系统的细胞生物学实验线上线下混合式实践教学模式,有效调动了学生学习的自主性与积极性,显著提升了教师的教学效果和教学效率,解决了学时有限和实验资源有限等系列问题,对培养具有核心能力的应用型人才起到了重要作用,也为其他课程实施混合式教学模式提供了借鉴。

Abstract: Biology experimental teaching is an important way to cultivate applied talents, but traditional cell biology experiments lack the cultivation of students'autonomous learning ability, thinking ability, and creativity. This article proposes to design suitable teaching methods based on the BOPPPS teaching model for different types of cell biology experimental projects, accurately locate course objectives, fully utilize online resources, expand experimental time and space, closely combine scientific research achievements to innovate teaching content, refine core competency improvement methods, and implement a combination of process assessment and diversified assessment. After years of practical exploration, a systematic online and offline hybrid practical teaching model for cell biology experiments has been formed, which is suitable for local universities. It effectively mobilizes students’autonomy and enthusiasm for learning, significantly improves teachers’teaching effectiveness and efficiency, solves a series of problems such as limited class hours and limited experimental resources, and plays an important role in cultivating applied talents with core competencies, it also provides reference for the implementation of mixed teaching mode in other courses.
