摘要: 微专业是一种注重满足学生个性化发展需要、提升人才培养供给与社会需求契合度的培养模式。该文依托微电子微专业的建设实践,建立了适应微专业人才培养的教学方案,通过课程知识网络构建、翻转课堂建设和差异化考核等教学手段,实现了解决学生学习困难和激发学生学习兴趣的目的,并对基于微专业人才培养模式的教师队伍建设提出了建议。

Abstract: Micro-major is a training model that focuses on meeting students'personalized development needs and improving the compatibility between talent cultivation supply and social needs. This paper based on the construction practice of microelectronics micro-major, a teaching plan has been established to adapt to the cultivation of micro-major professionals. Through teaching methods such as course knowledge network construction, flipped classroom construction, and differentiated assessment, the goal of solving students' learning difficulties and stimulating students'interest in learning has been achieved. Suggestions have been put forward for the construction of a teaching team based on the micro-major professional's cultivation mode.
