大学生就业能力内涵因素分析——以中国矿业大学为例

摘要: 随着高等教育的不断普及,我国高校录取学生人数和毕业生人数呈现上升趋势,大学毕业生就业压力增大。因此,大学生的就业能力对其能否成功就业、职业选择、未来发展十分重要。该文通过扎根理论,构建大学生就业能力内涵因素模型,明确就业能力内涵要素,有助于提高大学生就业能力和就业质量,促进社会经济的发展。

Abstract: With the continuous popularization of higher education, the number of students and graduates admitted by universities in China has shown an upward trend, increased employment pressure on college graduates. Therefore, the employability of college students is very important for their successful employment, career choice, and future development. Based on grounded theory, this article constructs a model of the connotation factors of college students' employability, clarifying the connotation factors of employability, in order to help improve college students' employability and employment quality, and promote social and economic development.
