摘要: 为了提升大学生对专业知识的理解能力、交流能力、应用能力,高校教师应该对小组报告教学法进行改进。该文在分析了改进小组报告教学法有利于提高学生综合能力和提升教师授课水平的基础上,利用SECI模型分析了高校教师应用小组报告教学法在知识转化的四个环节存在的问题,进而提出了相应的小组报告教学法改进措施。

Abstract: In order to improve college students' understanding, communication and application abilities of professional knowledge, college teachers should improve group report teaching method. Based on the analysis of the improvement of the group report teaching method is conducive to improving both the students' comprehensive ability and the teachers' teaching level, this paper uses the SECI model to analyze the common problems in the four stages of knowledge transformation when college teachers apply group report teaching method, and then puts forward the corresponding improvement measures of group report teaching method.
