“1+X”证书背景下高职院校学前教育专业教学实践研究

摘要: 作为高等职业人才培养的基地,高职院校在育人过程中更关注复合型人才培养。“1+X”证书制度分别对应学历证书“1”和职业技能等级证书“X”,是复合型人才培养的基本保障。该制度提出的根本目的是弥补现有职业教育的不足,凸显职业教育特色。学前教育专业作为高职院校中的热门专业,也应基于“1+X”证书制度推行的契机,着手构建科学的课程体系。该文主要就“1+X”证书背景下高职院校学前教育专业教学实践问题进行探讨,积极探索具体的教学路径和人才培养模式。

Abstract: As the base of higher vocational personnel training, higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the training of compound talents in the process of education. The“1+X”certificate system corresponds to the academic certificate“1”and the vocational skill level certificate“X”respectively, which is the basic guarantee for the training of compound talents. The fundamental purpose of this system is to make up for the deficiencies of existing vocational education and highlight the characteristics of vocational education. As a popular major in higher vocational colleges, preschool education should be based on the opportunity of“1+X”certificate system to build a scientific curriculum system. This paper mainly discusses the teaching practice of preschool education in higher vocational colleges under the background of“1+X”certificate, and actively explores the specific teaching path and talent training mode.
