递阶式产教融合的协同育人探索与实践

摘要: 面对新一轮工业革命,人工智能相关产业发展迅速,其产业需求、技术创新领先于高校专业人才培养。通过深度推进产教融合、协同育人,将本科教育向产业延伸,进一步促进高校人才培养和产业结构需求要素全方位融合,充分发挥高等教育对产业转型升级的支撑和引领作用。该文通过创建特色协同育人创新平台、构建产教融合课程实践体系、构建双导师实践指导团队等,形成递阶式产教融合的协同育人新模式,助力高素质创新型人才培养。

Abstract: In the face of a new round of industrial revolution, AI related industries are developing rapidly, and their industrial demand and technological innovation are ahead of the cultivation of professional talents in colleges and universities. Through in-depth promotion of industry education integration and collaborative education, the undergraduate education will be extended to the industry, further promote the all-round integration of college talent training and industrial structure demand factors, and give full play to the supporting and leading role of higher education in industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper forms a new model of hierarchical collaborative education by creating a featured collaborative education innovation platform, building a practice system of industry education integration curriculum, and building a practice guidance team of double tutors, so as to help cultivate high-quality innovative talents.
