摘要: 在当前社会发展和市场需求下,我国高校机械类工科人才培养方式及培养过程面临新的问题和挑战,因此,该文以机械类专业为例,开展新工科的教学研讨与实践分析。新工科建设有利于优化校企协同育人组织模式,通过建立校企联合、跨学科交融的新型培养方式,为跨院系、跨学科、跨专业交叉培养新工科人才提供方法借鉴。

Abstract: Under the current market demand, new requirements are put forward for the training of engineering talents in colleges and universities in China. Taking the machinery major as an example, teaching and research activities of new engineering are carried out. The construction of new engineering will optimize the organizational mode of collaborative education in the school, by establishing a new training mode of interdisciplinary integration, and provide a method reference for the interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary cross training of new engineering talents.
