生化分离与分析技术课程混合式教学模式改革探析

摘要: “线上—线下”混合式教学作为“金课”建设中的重要组成部分,能将新兴的“互联网+”教学和传统课堂进行有机结合,教学形式丰富多样,能有效激发学生自主学习的兴趣,提高教学效率,是建设一流本科专业的有效途径。生化分离与分析技术课程是生物技术专业的核心课程,传统的教学模式弊端较多,亟须引入混合式教学模式提高教学效果。该文主要探讨生化分离与分析技术课程传统教学存在的问题,以及将“金课”标准下的混合式教学模式引入该课程的改革思路。

Abstract: "Online-offline" mixed teaching as an important part of the construction of "golden course", can organically combine the emerging "Internet +" teaching and traditional classroom, teaching forms are rich and diverse, can effectively stimulate students' interest in independent learning, improve teaching efficiency, is an effective way to build a first-class undergraduate major. Biochemical separation and analysis technology course is the core course of biotechnology major, the traditional teaching model has many drawbacks, so it is urgent to introduce hybrid teaching model to improve the teaching effect. This paper mainly discusses the problems of traditional teaching in the course of biochemical separation and analysis technology course, and the reform idea of introducing the hybrid teaching mode under the standard of "golden course" into the course.
