面向高校师范生夏令营“双创”模式构建——以广州华商学院为例

Construction of the "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" Model for the Summer Camp for Educational Students——Taking Guangzhou Huashang College as an Example

摘要: 为响应国家号召,推动“双创”教育,有效提升大学生的创新创业能力,有必要搭建更加规范系统的“双创”培养途径。该文通过总结广州华商学院的“双创”教育实践,搭建大学生“双创”能力培养框架,明晰学校层面提供的前期支持。再以广州华商学院教师教育学院为例,基于地域化、专业化、公益化的原则,以培养师范生的“双创”能力和教学素养为目标,构建面向师范生的夏令营“双创”模式。探究创新创业和教育实践的融合点,挖掘了地方企业和专业需求的匹配点,重构学生分层实践锻炼的成长点,并基于该模式指导师范生完成了首次夏令营的实践探索。

Abstract: In order to respond to the call of the state to promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in schools and effectively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students, it is essential to build a more standardized and systematic approach to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training. By summarizing the practice of entrepreneurship and innovation education in Guangzhou Huashang University, build a framework for the cultivation of students' entrepreneurship and innovation ability, and clarify the early support provided at the school level; Taking the Faculty of Teacher Education of Guangzhou Huashang University as an example, based on the principles of regionalization, specialization and public welfare, and with the goal of training normal students' entrepreneurship and innovation ability and teaching quality, we will build a summer camp entrepreneurship and innovation model for normal students; Explore the integration point of innovation and entrepreneurship and educational practice, excavate the matching point of local enterprises and professional needs, and reconstruct the growth point of students' hierarchical practice; Based on this model, normal students completed the practical exploration of the first summer camp.
