摘要: 本科教育是提高高等教育质量最重要的基础,如何准确评价并稳步提升立项省级一流本科专业点建设绩效,既无先例可循,也无既有路径可依。该文通过分析成果导向教育(OBE),本科专业建设及一流本科专业点建设,系统地阐述成果导向教育(OBE)理念及现有国际主流专业认证对地方高校省级一流本科专业建设绩效评价的借鉴及启示。将成果导向教育(OBE)理念应用于地方一流本科专业点建设绩效评价实践,有利于以正确的评价导向、科学的评价体系提高省级高校本科教育质量。

Abstract: Undergraduate education is the most important foundation for improving the quality of higher education, but how to accurately evaluate and steadily promote the construction performance of provincial first-class undergraduate professional points, there is no precedent to follow, and there is no existing path to follow. Through the analysis of results-oriented education (OBE) and the construction of undergraduate and first-class undergraduate specialties, this paper systematically expounds the concept of results-oriented education (OBE) and the reference and enlightenment of the existing international mainstream professional certification to the performance evaluation of provincial first-class undergraduate specialty construction in local universities. The application of the concept of results-oriented education (OBE) to the practice of performance evaluation of the construction of local first-class undergraduate specialties is conducive to improving the quality of undergraduate education in provincial universities with correct evaluation orientation and scientific evaluation system.
