The Application of Modular Teaching Method Based on Post Competence in the Practical Teaching of Clinical Basic Laboratory Technology

摘要: 该文研究基于岗位胜任力的模块式教学法在临床基础检验技术实践教学中是否存在教学优势。将学生分为实验组和对照组,分别采用模块式教学法和常规教学方法进行授课,通过平时成绩、实验成绩、期末卷面成绩,对两组学生进行最终的教学效果评价。另外,通过调查表的形式调查学生对当前教学方法的满意度情况。结果显示,实验组的实验成绩、期末卷面成绩和综合成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对教学方法的满意度水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论模块式教学法不仅在临床基础检验技术实践教学中显著优于常规教学方法,而且对理论知识的学习也有很大帮助。

Abstract: To study whether the modular teaching method based on post competence has teaching advantages in the practical teaching of clinical basic laboratory technology. The students were divided into the experimental group and the control group. They were taught by the modular teaching method and the conventional teaching method respectively. The final teaching effect of the two groups of students was evaluated by the usual results, the experimental results and the final paper results. In addition, students' satisfaction with the current teaching methods is investigated through questionnaires. Results display, the experimental results, final paper scores and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The level of satisfaction with teaching methods in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the modular teaching method is not only significantly superior to the conventional teaching method in the practical teaching of clinical basic laboratory technology, but also helpful to the study of theoretical knowledge.
