构建“1234”新模式,激发地方工科高校创新创业教育内生动力的探索与实践

摘要: 该文针对地方行业性工科高校创新创业教育存在的内生动力不足问题,以“激发师生参与‘双创’内生动力、强化‘双创’教育实践锻炼、提高‘双创’教育实践效果”为目标,通过构建“组织引领‘双创’教育”工作体系,强化“双创”教育与专业建设融合,打造“双创”指导团队、技术团队和管理团队,增强“双创”教育外部推力,搭建四级平台,畅通“双创”人才培养的进阶通道等举措,创新形成了工科高校“1234”(即1个体系、2个融合、3类团队、4级平台)创新创业教育人才培养新模式,实现了组织建设、人才培养、校企融合、队伍建设、产业服务的系统集成推进,大幅提高了师生主动开展“双创”的积极性,为深化创新创业教育改革、促进创新创业成果转化提供了长效保障。

Abstract: In view of the problem of insufficient endogenous motivation in innovation and entrepreneurship education in local industrial engineering colleges, the goal is to "stimulate teachers and students to participate in the endogenous motivation of dual innovation, strengthen the practice of dual innovation education, and improve the practical effect of dual innovation education". By building the work system of "Organization guiding innovation education", strengthening the integration of double innovation education and specialty construction, building a double innovation guidance team, a technical team and a management team to enhance the external thrust of double innovation education, and setting up a four-level platform to smooth the advanced channel of double innovation talent training, etc. Innovation has formed the "1234" (i.e. one system, two integrations, three types of teams and four levels of platforms) talent training mode of innovative entrepreneurship education in engineering colleges. The system integration of organization building, talent training, school-enterprise integration, team building, and industrial services has been promoted, and the enthusiasm of teachers and students to actively carry out innovation has been greatly improved. It provides a long-term guarantee for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and promoting the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements.
