摘要: 科学的人才培养模式对提高人才培养质量具有重要作用。针对高职轨道交通类专业构建的“三维一体”人才培养模式,是在产教融合的基础上,以培养高素质技能型人才为主线,以准确定位人才培养目标、重构课程体系、创新教学组织模式、加强教师队伍建设、改革教学手段与方法为手段,促进学生知识、能力、素质的全面提升,进而不断提升学生的综合职业能力。

Abstract: Scientific talent training mode plays an important role in improving the quality of talent training. The "three-dimensional integration" talent training mode for higher vocational rail transit majors is based on the integration of production and education, with the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents as the main line, and with the means of accurately positioning talent training objectives, reconstructing curriculum system, innovating teaching organization mode, strengthening the construction of teachers, and reforming teaching means and methods. The purpose is to promote the all-round improvement of students' knowledge, ability and quality, and then continuously improve students' comprehensive professional ability.
