摘要: 随着制药业的发展,提高制药工程专业学生的创新能力,是时代的要求。实践证明,调整人才培养目标、优化课程体系、完善教学内容、强化师资队伍建设、改革教学方法、深化实践教学改革、推进校企合作等是应用型人才培养质量提高的有效路径,对制药工程专业学生创新能力的培养作用明显。

Abstract: With the development of the pharmaceutical industry, improving the innovation ability of pharmaceutical engineering students is a requirement of the times. Practice has proved that adjustment of talent training objectives, optimization of curriculum system, improvement of teaching content, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, reform of teaching methods, deepening the reform of practical teaching, promoting of school-enterprise cooperation are effective ways to improve the quality of application-oriented talent training, and play an obvious role in the cultivation of innovation ability of pharmaceutical engineering students.
