摘要: 惠州大亚湾化工新材料创新创业基地将教育与实践相结合,采用模拟企业化教学,结合化工专业优势,集技能培训、教学实践、创业孵化于一体,开展“实创一体”基地建设。通过学校对接大亚湾及周边企业需求,实现学校、企业、社会多方资源的有效利用,为学生创新创业提供实质性支持,满足化工新材料企业人才培养需求,实现人才、资源、经济效益的多元统一。以校企协同为推进,多方面巩固和提升大学生的创新创业能力。以人才培养为核心,将自主学习、课外实践、导师指导、社会引领融为一体,真正做到“实创一体”。

Abstract: Daya bay chemical new materials innovation and entrepreneurship base combines education with practice. Adopting simulated entrepreneurial teaching, takes advantages of chemical industry. With the integrate skill training, teaching practice, and entrepreneurship incubation to carry out the construction of "practical and innovative" base. Through the school's connection with the needs of daya bay and surrounding enterprises, realizes the effective utilization of various resources of schools, enterprises and society. Providing substantive support for students' innovation and entrepreneurship, meet the talent training needs of new chemical material enterprises, and realize the diversity and unity of talents, resources and economic benefits. Promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises, consolidate and improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in many ways. With talent training as the core point of view, combines with independent learning, extracurricular practice, tutor guidance and social guidance, truly achieve the integration of practical innovation.
