Using TRIZ Innovation Method to Improve the Adaptability of Track Inspection Robot in Mine Application

摘要: 东方测控的智能巡检机器人是一套结合人工智能、运动控制、视觉识别、无线通信、计算机软件等技术的综合性系统。该系统很好地解决了当前人员只能进行定时检查、驻点值守的情况,避免复杂的环境、狭小的空间、不安全因素等对人员巡检的影响,检视结果不受个人经验和情绪、主观意识的影响,不受检测手段、数据记录、数据分析等方面的制约,最大限度提高安全性和对设备的保护能力。应用TRIZ创新理论对机器人设计升级,更好地解决皮带托辊掉落、托辊温度过高、皮带机跑偏、电机或轴承温度过高、设备异响噪音、皮带堆料、火灾预警、粉尘浓度高、人员未佩戴安全帽等一系列问题。

Abstract: The intelligent patrol robot of Dandong Dongfang Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive system combining artificial intelligence, motion control, visual recognition, wireless communication, computer software and other technologies. This system solves the current situation that personnel can only conduct regular inspection and stand on duty, avoids the influence of complex environment, narrow space and unsafe factors on personnel patrol inspection, and the inspection results are not affected by personal experience, emotion and subjective consciousness, and are not restricted by detection means, data recording and data analysis, so as to maximize the security and protection ability of equipment. TRIZ innovation theory is applied to upgrade the robot design to better solve a series of problems, such as belt idler falling, idler temperature being too high, belt conveyor running off, motor or bearing temperature being too high, equipment abnormal noise, belt stacking, fire warning, high dust concentration, personnel not wearing safety helmets, etc.
