健康中国视域下“体医结合”人才培养路径的研究

The Research on “Combining Sports and Medicine” for Its Talent Cultivation Routes from the Perspective of Healthy China

摘要: 人才队伍是“体医结合”的基础性保障,也是构成“体医结合”事业的基本单元和实现健康中国的强大推动力。因此,必须重新审视“体医结合”专业人才的培养路径,结合健康中国发展的需求,制定人才培养目标和方案。该研究采用文献资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法、编码分析法等,结合健康中国发展的需求,从体医深度融合的角度出发,寻求体医深度融合与协同发展的路径,进而从树立“体医结合”的教学理念、改革课程内容、编写有创新特色的教材、推进数字化资源建设等方面着手,为“体医结合”专业的教学改革提供参考。

Abstract: Professional talents are not only the basic guarantee for “the combination of sports and medicine”, but also a basic constituent for this cause, meanwhile, it is a strong driving force to realize a healthy China. Therefore, we must reevaluate our cultivation modes of professional talents on the combination of sports and medicine and lay out the purposes and plans for talents cultivation, considering the needs for a healthy China. The paper, by using multiple research methods such as literature review, field method, expert interview and encoding analysis and by considering the needs for the development of a healthy China, endeavors to explore, from the perspective a deep integration between sports and medicine, the routes for a deep combination of sports and medicine and their synergetic development. It is aimed to provide references to the educational reform in the major of combining sports with medicine by setting up the teaching concept of “the combination of sports and medicine”, reforming its curriculum, compiling its textbooks with creativity and promoting its digital resources construction.
