“1+X”证书背景下高职装备制造类专业就业创业能力提升策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Enhancing the Employment and Entrepreneurial Ability of Higher Vocational School Equipment Manufacturing Majors under the Background of “1+X” Certificate

摘要: 该文对“1+X”证书制度试点工作实施以来,涉及装备制造大类的职业技能等级证书进行了统计分析。研究“1+X”证书对装备制造类专业高职学生就业创业的影响,提出“1+X”证书与“岗课赛证”综合育人模式相结合,形成适应岗位的人才培养新方案;提升教师职业技能,培育适应新形势的“双师型”教师;学校与培训评价组织联合开发新教材,丰富职业院校“课证融通”的学习资源;强调以学生自主学习为主体、转变课堂教学模式等措施,以提升高职装备制造类专业学生的就业创业能力。

Abstract: Since the pilot work of “1+X” certificate system, statistical analysis of vocational skill level certificates involving major categories of equipment manufacturing has been conducted. Research the influence of “1+X” certificate on the employment and entrepreneurship of higher vocational students in equipment manufacturing, and propose the combination of “1+X” certificate and the comprehensive education model of "Post Course Competition Certificate" to form a new talent training program adapted to the job. To improve teachers' vocational skills and train "double-professionally-titled teachers " to adapt to the new situation. The development of new forms of teaching materials jointly by schools and training and evaluation organizations to enrich the learning resources of vocational colleges and universities in the "an integration of class and certificates". Emphasize student independent learning as the main body, change the new mode of classroom teaching and other measures in order to enhance the employment and entrepreneurial ability of students in higher vocational equipment manufacturing.
