摘要: 在新工科背景下,地方应用型高校必须加快组建一支符合新工科教学要求的专业化、高水平教学团队,这是实现高质量教学和高素质人才培养的基本保障。从地方应用型高校的发展现状来看,新工科建设仍存在诸多困难和问题,亟待解决。该文阐述了新工科应用型教学团队的含义及特征,分析了当前应用型地方高校建设新工科教学团队存在的问题,最后提出具有针对性的建设策略,希望能为地方应用型高校打造优质新工科教学团队提供一些有益参考。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering, local application-oriented universities must accelerate the establishment of a professional and high-level teaching team that meets the teaching requirements of new engineering, which is the basic guarantee to achieve high-quality teaching and high-quality personnel training. According to the current development situation of local application-oriented universities, there are still many difficulties and problems in the construction of "new engineering", which need to be solved urgently. This paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of the new engineering applied teaching team, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the new engineering teaching team in the current application-oriented local universities, and finally puts forward targeted construction strategies, hoping to provide some useful references for the local application-oriented universities to build high-quality new engineering teaching teams.
