高职学前教育专业“模块化”教育实习模式的构建研究

摘要: 在高职扩招政策下,高职院校要深化教育教学改革,提高办学质量,才能适应社会发展的需求。因此,该文将教育实习与幼教岗位无缝对接,本着产教融合的理念,实现学生“上岗就能用,上岗就好用”的目标,从原则、内容和保障三大方面提出构建高职学前教育专业“模块化”教育实习模式,满足高职扩招不同生源的需求,进而提高学生的岗位实践能力,提高学生的就业竞争力。

Abstract: Under the policy of higher vocational enrollment expansion, higher vocational colleges should deepen the reform of education and teaching, improve the quality of running schools, in order to meet the needs of social development. Therefore, this article will practice education and preschool education jobs seamless docking, in line with the concept of the integration of production and education, realize students "mount guard, can mount guard will use" goal, from the three major principles, content and security will be set up "modular" in the major of higher vocational preschool education mode of education practice, to meet the needs of higher vocational enrollment expansion of different students, and improve the students' practical ability, improve employment competitiveness.
