新医科背景下听力与言语康复学专业本科生科研创新能力培养模式探索

摘要: 随着人民生活质量的不断提高,社会对听力与言语康复学专业人才创新能力的要求逐渐提高。在新医科建设背景下,进一步深入改革高等学校听力与言语康复学专业本科生教学模式,有利于适应新形势下对听力与言语康复学专业人才培养的要求。通过分析听力与言语康复学专业科研思路与方法教学的现状和存在的问题,提出开展多种形式的延伸教学、项目引导学生创新实践、朋辈引领和师生互动交流等解决方案,充分调动学生的主观能动性,探索一种合理有效的科研思路与方法课程教学模式,培养学生科研创新能力,促进听力与言语康复学专业人才队伍建设。

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, the requirements for the innovation ability of hearing and speech rehabilitation professionals is gradually increasing by the society. Under the background of new medical construction, further reform of teaching mode of hearing and speech rehabilitation in colleges and universities is beneficial, which would be helpful to meeting the requirements of talents training of hearing and speech rehabilitation in the new situation. Through analyzing of the teaching status quo and existing problems of scientific research idea and method in hearing and speech rehabilitation, the study puts forward the solutions by carrying out various kinds of teaching, guiding the students' innovative practice project, peer guidance and interaction between teachers and students and so on. Besides, the teacher would fully mobilize students' subjective initiative. The study aimed to explore a reasonable and effective teaching mode of scientific research idea and method to cultivate students' ability of scientific research and innovation, which would promote the construction of professional talents in hearing and speech rehabilitation.
