摘要: 新《职业教育法》的颁布与实施,标志着我国职业教育进入质量发展和内涵提升的关键阶段,而职业院校教师的专业发展和专业素质是影响职业教育质量提升的关键因素。基于此,该文以研究职业院校教师队伍建设的现状作为出发点,从“新手-熟手-专家”三个发展阶段着手,分析影响专业发展与成长的内外因素,进而提出职业教师专业发展提升的路径与方法,为建设高质量职业教师队伍提供参考。

Abstract: The promulgations and implementation of the new Vocational Education Law marked that the vocational education has entered a key stage of quality development and connotation improvement, while vocational school teachers' professional development and professional quality are the key factors related to the improvement of the quality of vocational education. Based on this, this paper studies the current situation of vocational college teachers team construction as the starting point, from the experience "newbie - a master - expert" three development stages, analyses the internal and external factors affecting the professional development and growth, and enhance vocational teachers' professional development path and method, provide a reference for construction of high quality professional teachers.
