科产教融合电子类人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要: 针对传统电子类人才培养存在的课程体系固化、创新能力培养不足、实践能力培养设施陈旧和短缺等问题,广东工业大学电子科学与技术专业构建了一套基于OBE理念的灵活、可操作的科产教融合人才培养模式,通过“开放互赢”,打破学校与企业、科研与教学之间的壁垒,吸引企业多维度深入开展校企协同育人,建立科研转化教学的制度保障,整合企业资源和科研实验室,共建共享创新实践教学平台,为专业学生的实践能力、创新能力培养提供系统的教学改革方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of traditional electronic talents training, such as solidified curriculum system, insufficient means of innovation ability training, obsolete and shortage of practical ability training facilities, the Electronic Science and Technology major of Guangdong University of Technology has constructed a flexible and operable talent training model based on the concept of OBE. By Open and Mutual Win, the barriers between school and enterprises, and between research and teaching are broken down. The school attracted enterprises multidimensional further to carry out the school-enterprise collaboration education, established a system to guarantee the transformation of research into teaching, and integrated enterprise resources and scientific research laboratories to build and share innovative practice teaching platform. All these provide systematic teaching reform plans for the cultivation of practice and innovation ability of the students.
