Abstract: With the continuous development of society, the society's demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents continues to grow, and there is an urgent need for colleges and universities to cultivate professional talents with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities. Local colleges and universities play an important role in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. In the process of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents, the goal of talent training must be achieved by building an innovative and entrepreneurial ability training system. Therefore, this paper takes the students majoring in information and computing science as an example, and constructs the innovation and entrepreneurship ability training system of local colleges and universities from the four levels of curriculum setting, teaching operation, assessment and teacher construction, so as to provide innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society.
