摘要: 为了有效解决一流课程建设背景下线上教学存在的质量问题,该文以A校为例,引入PDCA循环理论,提出可行的解决方案并实施。首先,通过线上教学质量调查发现问题,分析原因,以确定其中的主要因素,并制定相应对策。其次,执行计划,并通过对比前后数据来检查计划实施效果。最后,把有效可靠的措施纳入标准,找出这一次循环尚未解决的问题,并转到下一次PDCA循环。

Abstract: In order to deal with the quality problem of online teaching quality in an effective way, this paper takes A school as example, puts forward the PDCA cycle theory system to come up with feasible solutions and put them into practice. Firstly, the problems can be determined through the online teaching quality survey, the main factors can be obtained by analyzing the causes, and then the appropriate measures developed. Secondly, the measures were implemented and the effectiveness of them was checked by comparing the data. Finally, incorporate effective and reliable measures into the criteria, find out the unsolved problems in this cycle, and transfer them to the next PDCA cycle.
