Abstract: The "practice + employment" talent training model is based on the background of obtaining employment in Jilin Province which is advocated by the provincial government. It is based on the characteristics of practical talent training in private undergraduate colleges in Jilin Province. It learns from several kinds of training methods, fully integrates the elements of entrepreneurship and employment, and focuses on seamless connection between practice and employment. This paper introduces the implementation method of "practice + employment" talent training mode, the final goal is to improve the employment rate of graduates from private undergraduate colleges in Jilin Province.
