摘要/Abstract

摘要： 各大高校研究生的招生规模日益扩大,对研究生的教育与管理已经成为每一所高校日常教学管理中必须谈及的话题,如何有效建设高等院校中的研究生干部队伍,是教学管理无法忽视的重要影响因子。因此,研究生干部队伍的建设这个问题在当今愈发彰显出其时代性与重要性,就西部院校而言,研究生干部队伍建设这一话题更是解决西部高等教育发展的关键一招。

Abstract: The enrollment scale of graduate students in colleges and universities is expanding day by day. The education and management of graduate students has become a topic that every college must talk about in its daily teaching management. How to effectively build the graduate student cadre team in Colleges and universities is an important influence factor that cannot be ignored in teaching management. Therefore, the issue of the construction of graduate student cadre team is becoming more and more important. As far as western colleges and universities are concerned, the topic of the construction of graduate student cadre team is the key to the development of higher education in Western China.
