Exploration on the Training Mode of Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the "1+X" System

摘要: “1+X”证书制度对高职院校人才培养质量的提升具有重要意义。在这一背景下,该文首先分析了“1”与“X”之间的内在联系,阐述“1+X” 证书制度的本质。然后,对高职院校创新型人才培养模式进行剖析,从校企深度融合、学习者自主学习、学生综合评价体系以及学分认定方式四个方面探索创新。最后,结合高职院校人才培养模式的创新思路提出创新型人才培养模式的实施策略,为高职院校在新时代培养出具有创新能力的复合人才奠定基础。

Abstract: The "1+X" certificate system is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges. In this context, this paper firstly analyzes the internal relationship between "1" and "X", and clarify the essence of "1+X"; Then, it analyzes the innovative talent training mode of higher vocational colleges, and explores and innovates from four aspects: the deep integration of schools and enterprises, the self-learning of learners, the comprehensive evaluation system of students and the way of credit recognition. Finally, combined with the innovative ideas of the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges, the implementation strategy of the innovative talent training mode is given, which lays the foundation for higher vocational colleges to cultivate compound talents with innovative ability in the new era.
