数控加工综合实训实践教学改革探索与实践

摘要: 数控加工综合实训是培养学生工程思维能力和解决工程实际问题能力的基础教学环节。针对我校数控加工综合实训存在的实训项目单一陈旧、师资力量不足和教学资源匮乏等问题,进行教学改革。从提高学生就业岗位职业能力出发,融入精密数控加工“1+X”证书内容,以兴趣为导向,穿插创新能力培养来设计实训方案;引企入校成立校企混合教学团队,细分校企混合式教学分工,将校企协同育人落到实处;针对实训方案,校企双方共同进行教学视频等资源的制作,不断完善教学资源。实践结果表明,此次教学改革实训方案设计合理,提高了学生学习的积极性,校企协同育人效果好,实训成果突出。

Abstract: NC machining comprehensive training is the basic link to cultivate students' engineering thinking ability and solve practical engineering problems. In view of the problems existing in the comprehensive training of NC machining in our university, such as single and obsolete training projects, lack of teachers and lack of teaching resources, teaching reform is carried out. Starting from the professional ability of employment, integrate the content of precision CNC machining "1+X" certificate, and design the training scheme with interest as the guide and interspersed with the cultivation of innovation ability; Introduce enterprises into the school, establish a school enterprise mixed teaching team, subdivide the school enterprise mixed teaching division of labor, and implement the school enterprise collaborative education; For the training program, both schools and enterprises jointly produce teaching videos and other resources to continuously improve teaching resources. The practice results show that the design of the practical training scheme of this teaching reform is reasonable, which greatly improves the students' learning enthusiasm, the effect of school enterprise collaborative education is good, and the practical training results are outstanding.
