摘要: 高校是培养人才的基地,“专创融合”是高等院校服务国家创新驱动发展战略的重要途径。响应“专创融合”要求,科学构建投资学专业的实践教学体系显得尤为迫切。该文以山西工程技术学院投资学专业实践教学体系构建为例,肯定了面向“专创融合”构建投资学专业实践教学体系的意义。分析了当前实践教学体系存在的问题:教学理念陈旧,教学目标不明确;实践教学体系不完善,学生创新与实践能力的培养不足;实践教学资源不足,校内外基地普遍存在实习困难、实践效果差;学生被动实践、团队合作和交流沟通能力有待提升。明晰了构建思路,提出更新理念,理顺关系;构建多层次实践教学体系;整合优化实践教学资源;引导学生角色转变等建设性措施。

Abstract: Colleges and universities are the bases for cultivating talents, and "innovation and integration" is an important way for colleges and universities to serve the national innovation-driven development strategy. In response to the requirements of specialization and innovation integration, it is particularly urgent to construct a scientific practical teaching system for investment major. Taking the construction of practical teaching system of investment major in Shanxi Institute of Engineering Technology as an example, this paper affirms the significance of the construction of practical teaching system of investment major oriented at the integration of specialization and innovation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current practice teaching system: outdated teaching ideas, unclear teaching Objectives; Practice teaching system is not perfect, the cultivation of students' innovation and practice ability is insufficient; The practice teaching resources are insufficient, the practice is difficult and the practice effect is poor. Students' passive practice, teamwork and communication skills need to be improved. Clear the construction idea, put forward the renewal idea, straighten out the relationship; Construct multi-level practice teaching system; Integrating and optimizing practical teaching resources; Guiding students to change their roles and other constructive measures.
