摘要: 培养具有创新能力的复合人才是当今社会经济发展的必然要求。研究生作为拥有较高学历的群体,成为创新驱动发展的重要力量,因此,培养具有创新能力的高素质研究生是高校研究生教育者的历史使命。该文针对生态学实践性强的学科特点,结合多年研究成果,提出了“一核两翼”创新型复合人才培养模式,即以创新复合型人才培养为核心,以课程体系改革和高水平师资队伍建设为两翼,协同推动研究生教育高质量发展。

Abstract: Cultivating compound talents with innovative ability is an inevitable requirement of the current social and economic development. As a group with higher academic qualifications, graduate students have become an important force for innovation driven development. Therefore, cultivating high-quality graduate students with innovative ability is the historical mission of graduate educators in colleges and universities. In view of the characteristics of ecology as a discipline with strong practicality and combined with many years of research results, this paper puts forward an innovative compound talent training model of "one core and two wings", that is, to promote the high-quality development of graduate education with the core of innovative compound talent training and the two wings of curriculum system reform and high-level teacher team construction.
