摘要: 人才是中华民族复兴的重要支撑,百年未有的大变局对人才培养提出了更高要求,研究生教育也由此跨入了高质量发展阶段。该文旨在针对新时代在研究生培养全过程中“聚焦立德树人”的要求,研究如何通过加强对研究生创新能力的培养,提高人才教育质量。根据研究生教育的基本现状、存在的突出问题及当前的时代背景,讨论了高校加强研究生创新思维和能力培养的必要性。通过总结国内外提高研究生创新能力的方法,结合自身的探索与实践,提出了从强化创新能力的培养角度提高研究生教育质量的具体措施。

Abstract: Talent is an important support for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The great changes unprecedented in a century has put forward higher requirements for talent training, and graduate education has entered a high quality stage. This paper aims to study how to improve the quality of talent education by strengthening the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability. According to the basic situation, outstanding problems and current background of postgraduate education, this paper discusses the necessity of strengthening the training of postgraduate innovative thinking and ability. By summarizing the methods of improving the innovation ability of graduate students at home and abroad, combining with our own exploration and practice, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve the quality of graduate education from the perspective of strengthening the cultivation of innovation ability.
